Job Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve delicious Bojangles menu items, including our famous fried chicken, biscuits, sweet tea, and fixins.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Uphold Bojangles' standards for quality, speed, and service.

Qualifications :

A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Willingness to learn and follow Bojangles' operational procedures.

Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required.

Drive-Thru experience is a plus but not required.
