We are looking for drivers! Experience driving a box truck is a plus!

Valid driver's license required, a CDL is not required.

The holiday season will run October 2025-January 2026.

We invite you to be a part of the John Mini Holiday Season 2025! It's the time of year that we beautify spaces with spectacular designs for the holiday season! Trees, wreaths, garlands...6-foot menorahs, life-size diamond deers, & vintage winter sleighs. We design and install unique decor for client spaces throughout the tri-state area!

• ...and we need your help to do it! These roles are temporary, seasonal positions, though a wonderful chance for full-time work opportunities. FUN FACT : Many of our current, full time teammates began as holiday temporary employees. We are always seeking passionate, future leaders to grow with our team, and Holiday is a great place to start!

There will be various shifts available in staggered, 3-4 day schedules, working 40 hours with the possibility of OT. Some roles will require evening and weekend shifts. We are also looking for teammates that have schedule availability for the weekends, as these are some of our installation days!

Pay rates for drivers begin at $20-23 / hour.

At John Mini Distinctive Landscapes, we make places beautiful. Entering our fifth decade, we are recognized as a leader in indoor and outdoor landscaping and holiday design. We design, install and maintain landscapes all over the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We're a team that's been around for 50 years and plan to be around for another 50!
