Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project performance and implement solutions to address any challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any on-site issues.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and project excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor should have :

  • A background in construction management or a related field.
  • 2+ years working for commercial General Contractor
  • Proven ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
