A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Accommodations and Leave Management. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations related to employee absences Manage leave assignments and coordinate accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) Collaborate with HR client groups and vendor partners to develop return-to-work action plans and enhance workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred 5-7 years of relevant work experience in leave management or HR services In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADAAA, and disability legislation Certification as a Certified Professional (CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HRIS systems
