About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Workday Security & Compliance Lead to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of secure Workday security models across various modules, leading security architecture reviews, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations. This role demands a hands-on approach to security configuration and architecture, as well as the ability to manage a dedicated team of Workday security professionals. The VP will also be the primary point of contact for security incidents and escalations, and will work closely with HR, global cyber security, technology services, data privacy office, and compliance teams to align security practices with business needs.

Applicants for the VP, Workday Security & Compliance Lead position at the company should hold a Bachelors degree in information security, computer science, or a related field, with at least 8-10 years' of experience in enterprise application security, including a minimum of 5 years' in Workday security. The role requires strong leadership skills, expert hands-on experience with Workday security configuration, and a deep understanding of critical thinking, risk management, and communication.
