A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Process Manager (Work from Home). Key Responsibilities : Oversee department processes, monitoring and planning for improvements and new controls Collect and analyze process data to support sustainable business practices and report findings to leadership Coach and train junior associates on controls design and performance targets Required Qualifications : High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite A minimum of 2 years in people management At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, or Process Management Preferred : Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
