Description :

A healthcare opportunity is available for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult and geriatric care.
This full-time position requires onsite presence in Edison, NJ, and New Haven, CT, with a schedule primarily on weekdays and occasional flexibility.
The role involves direct patient care, integration of technology at the bedside, and data-driven interventions.

Requirements :

Certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner in NJ.

Eligible for Medicare participation.

2 years of experience with complex adult populations.

Ability to practice independently.

Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel.

Proficiency with general technology tools and applications.

Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Qualifications :

ANCC or equivalent certification in Adult, Family, Geriatric, or Acute care.

Experience in high-volume patient rounding.

Ability to interpret and act on data insights.

Experience in mentoring and collaborating with teams.

Flexibility to cover nearby sites as needed.
