The Business Services Supervisor is primary responsible for training, auditing and coordinating account follow-up activity and assisting with the coordination of all data entry, payment posting and clerical staff activities related to the PIH Health Physicians revenue cycle activities.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding and medical terminology, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under deadlines.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
