    Job Description

    Key responsibilities :

    • Plans and manages health, safety, and loss control policies and procedures.
    • Provides direction and strengthens the safety culture through employee engagement.
    • Conducts compliance audits and reviews to meet requirements and reduce risk.
    • Designs and directs safety training programs.
    • Analyzes accidents and develops prevention recommendations.
    • Coordinates safety activities and ensures communication of safety processes.

      The Successful Applicant

      The successful candidate for the Safety Manager position :

    • Holds a four-year degree in a related field and has a proven ability to develop and implement safety programs.
    • Possesses a strong understanding of relevant safety regulations and the ability to manage systems to ensure compliance.
    • Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills, necessary for guiding safety initiatives and working with teams.
