Revenue Analyst

A company is looking for a Revenue Analyst to support financial reporting and analysis for senior living communities. Key Responsibilities Design, maintain, and validate revenue-related reporting for SNF and Senior Living communities Ensure data accuracy and communicate financial performance to leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with IT and Financial Analysts to ensure consistency in enterprise reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of reporting or analyst experience in healthcare revenue cycle Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus Strong understanding of Skilled Nursing and Senior Living payer sources and billing cycles Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to billing and collections
