Our client, a global infrastructure leader, is seeking an experienced attorney who is well versed in real estate, construction and / or project finance law to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level legal professional to play a critical role in high-impact transactions involving project development, construction, real estate, and project finance. The role offers flexible work options including on-site in Miami, fully remote, or a hybrid arrangement.
Responsibilities for this role include the following :
- Provide legal support for complex corporate transactions related to project development, real estate, construction, and infrastructure.
- Draft, review, and negotiate key commercial agreements including development contracts, financing documents, construction agreements, and joint venture arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as development, finance, engineering, and operations.
- Support deal structuring and execution, including due diligence, closings, and post-closing matters.
Applicants must have the following requirements in order to be considered :
Four to ten years of legal experience in project development, finance, construction, and / or infrastructure transactions.Prior in-house counsel experience preferred.Excellent academic credentials from a recognized and accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state.Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
