Job Description

Provide developmental assessments and treatments that require rehabilitation services that include the assessment of medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and the potential for rehabilitation.

Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals

Establish and administer a treatment program with realistic and achievable goals

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience

Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care

Graduate of an accredited school

BLS, CPR certification

Active state license

Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
