As a Security Officer - Unarmed Facility Patrol in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage production location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain present throughout assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role will involve interacting with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly in all situations. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor conditions throughout the location, which may involve areas related to food and beverage operations, and report any unusual observations or security-related issues.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
