Join a prestigious Denver law firm known for its complex litigation, dynamic corporate work, and support of the country’s most pivotal legislation. The firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of experience in middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions.

Base compensation range for candidates with the posted years of experience is $215,000- $238,000. This position is fully benefitted and bonus eligible.
