We're looking for a Techie problem-solver with a can-do attitude with at least a few years of experience in the field. You might be perfect for our HVAC service technician position. Our growing company needs a service tech to troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain HVAC Heat Pump systems and other equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must in this unique role.

Additional sales is not necessary to earn this income. This is not a sales-oriented service job. You will be servicing our happy customers and offering them additional products if needed. We offer spiffs and bonuses for happily engaging our customers with maintenance agreements and add-on products. Our maintenance agreements pay $50 spiff each.

You will not be held to a dollar per job goal or get hammered because you didn't sell enough parts to customers that they didn't need.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct operational issues, including component installation and replacement
• Maintain records of completed projects and parts used
• Understand and read electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Commission newly installed systems to ensure the best performance
• Perform periodic maintenance service on our installed systems
