Job Description

The job involves :

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborating with project managers and clients to define project scope and budgets.
• Analyzing project drawings and specifications to determine material and labor costs.
• Obtaining and evaluating vendor and subcontractor quotes to support estimates.
• Assisting with preparing bid proposals and tender submissions.
• Tracking and reporting project costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Maintaining accurate records of all estimates and project documents.
• Providing support for value engineering initiatives and cost-saving measures.
