Sanford Health is seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine physician for a fast growing practice in Alexandria, MN. Boasting a primary care service area of 50,000 and specialty care service area of 100,000, Sanford Health Alexandria is proud to offer care by 35 providers in over 15 specialties.

• Sanford Health's Broadway Clinic in Alexandria includes 18 physicians as well as 15 advanced practice providers in 15 specialties
• Family Medicine call is 1 : 4 and shared with Sanford physicians
• Acute Care Clinic Setting, 3-day clinic work week with Pediatric Call Coverage
• Alomere Health, also located in Alexandria, MN provides 24 / 7 hospital coverage

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) : $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
