We are seeking a highly-skilled home health LPN or RN to join our agency as a PRN or Part-time Private Duty Nurse (PDN) to care for clients in Jackson, Wellston, Piketon, McArthur and surrounding areas. 1+ years of home care experience, or equivalent care environments, is highly preferred; home health nursing experience is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER :

PRNs have varying hours and shifts week to week, with the possibility of some weeks having no hours at all.

PDNs and Visit Nurses : typical travel radius is 30 minutes + occasional travel up to 1 hour

COMPENSATION :

Job Summary

A successful PDN at Home Care Network, Inc., performs skilled nursing functions in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws and within the guidelines of his / her professional organization and agency. All functions shall be performed in accordance with the established policies and practices and state Nurse Practice Act. The LPN / RN delivers care to clients as delegated by the RN Case Manager.
