Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and build individualized therapy strategies that support their journey toward achieving meaningful functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive engagement, and daily activities
• Collaborate in a Multidisciplinary Approach : Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, medical staff, and nurses to provide comprehensive care that addresses each patient's unique needs
• Educate Patients and Families : Teach patients and their caregivers effective therapy methods to foster continuous progress at home
• Track and Report Progress : Monitor patient development and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep them on track
