Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Bettendorf, IA. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with experience in assembly, manufacturing, or construction who are looking to grow their careers in a supportive and hands-on environment. The role involves mechanical assembly tasks using various tools and materials, with opportunities to advance into welding, machining, or material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools including socket wrenches, impact drills, screwdrivers, and mallet hammers.
• Securely install nuts, bolts, and pins.
• Place metal materials inside tubes for auger blade wrapping.
• Perform torch cutting and grinder operations as needed.
• Follow assembly directions and ensure quality workmanship.
