Project Manager For Packaging Print Quality Management Programs
Serves as Project Manager for various packaging Print Quality Management (PQM) programs. The purpose of this position is to provide daily support and overall management of the PQM process to meet the client's needs. As a key facilitator within the process, you will communicate with printers, product vendors, clients, and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will be to respond to questions and effectively communicate PQM program rules, print specifications, website instructions, and compliance requirements. This role will also include data processing and project tracking by utilizing our PQM system. Assist the PQM Program Manager in the creation of client-facing reports. You will also be a resource when issues or questions arise related to the programs you manage. You will work independently but also work as part of a larger team where collaboration and teamwork are key to our effectiveness in servicing the business and delivering on the client's expectations.

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
This position requires the following knowledge and skills : Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3-4 years project management and customer service experience. Experience in the design, print, or production art industry is a plus. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation
The U.S. pay range for this position is $45,292 USD - $56,615 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
