Job description6+ years' experience writing and designing content for web or mobile Experience in creating, editing and publishing content in CMS platforms Experience in the banking and finance sector Be adept in testing content, troubleshooting, and fixing it during releases, and helping investigate issues if things go wrong Be able to edit and contribute to designs and content in Figma, Sketch or other design tools. Understanding and supporting the creation of new customer journeys, working with others to identify pain points and user needs Working with designers and developers - both onshore and offshore - to continuously optimize content and how it's delivered to the end user Using research and data to inform your work Ensuring governance and compliance of your content and challenging others to do better when best practice is not followed Creating accessible content by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) language
