Key Responsibilities

Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and demonstrate the ServiceNow platform's transformative potential

Lead enterprise architecture engagements that align ServiceNow capabilities with customer initiatives

Shape and present a compelling vision that connects customer business strategies with the ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications

15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in pre-sales or customer-focused roles

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow solutions and current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures in application domains

Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman

Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
