About this job

This is an entry level role for someone who likes talking to people and is not afraid to pick up the phone. You will spend a big part of your day calling dentists, following up with them, updating the CRM, sending texts, and keeping track of where each person is in the process. If the idea of calling strangers makes you shut down, this will not be a good fit. If you are someone who can warm up a conversation, handle a little awkwardness, and keep going, you will do great here.

This is a new position and we are building it with you. We know the core tasks, but we expect the role to evolve as you grow. You will be coached, trained, and supported. In return, we ask for energy, enthusiasm, curiosity, and the willingness to take feedback without getting discouraged.

Base pay range : $15.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr

What your days look like

Make your daily quota of outreach calls to dentists and log every conversation

Send follow up messages through our texting software

Keep notes, tasks, and details updated in the CRM so nothing slips through the cracks

Join weekly meetings with the marketing specialist (Hannah) and be ready to share updates

Communicate with our CEO and COO when needed

Review your own calls inside our call management system and work with us to improve

Take feedback, apply it, and keep growing

Help us build this role into something even better over time
