We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Representative / Dining Room Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers as they enter the dining room
• Ensure that the dining room is clean and presentable at all times
• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware, along with the patio (if applicable), drink station and restrooms
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials
• Providing an exceptional customer experience
