• Please note, position is onsite and work hours are M-F 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM Job Overview : The Construction Installation Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating, dispatching, and monitoring labor schedules to ensure smooth and efficient execution of construction installation projects. Key Responsibilities :
• Develop, manage, and update labor schedules for installation crews, ensuring optimal efficiency and timely project completion.
• Assess potential impacts to schedules and monitor any deviations. Assist in creating corrective action plans as needed.
• Dispatch schedules to both in-house installers and subcontractors, ensuring they have accurate, up-to-date information.
• Maintain regular communication with field crews to ensure schedule adherence and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with project teams to review schedules and incorporate any necessary updates or adjustments in a timely manner.
• Assist with various clerical duties related to project and schedule management. What We're Looking For :
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in labor scheduling or dispatching, preferably within the construction or installation industry.
• Familiarity with residential and commercial construction processes is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with strong attention to detail and the ability to interact effectively with installers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new scheduling or dispatching software.
• Self-motivated, with strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to collaborate and support team goals, with a flexible attitude toward meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, with a high level of integrity.
