Concession Attendant | OCC Dining Services

Summary : We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Concession Attendants for special events held on a vibrant college campus. In this role, you’ll be the face of our food and beverage service—delivering great guest experiences with a smile and ensuring smooth, efficient operations at the concession stand.

Responsibilities :

• Greet patrons warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve snacks, meals, and beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels during events
• Always follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events
