Job Description

Behavioral health therapist applies evidence based therapeutic practices to aid in the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of psychosocial problems. The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, set treatment goals, provide therapy, and arrange for coordinating services. Must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy. EMR system experience, driver's license. LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in the state of KY. Minimum qualifications : CSW, MFT or LPCA. This is an incentive based pay structure.
