Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused professional with a strong foundation in Real-World Evidence (RWE) and experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Evidence Synthesis (ES).
Axtrias RWE / HEOR / Evidence Synthesis (ES) practice is growing rapidly fueled by a culture of excellence collaboration and innovation (AI-Powered RWE HEOR & Evidence Synthesis Solutions).

Technically this role supports the execution of real-world evidence (RWE) studies with scientific rigor and strategic insight. Reporting to the RWE / HEOR / ES practice lead the visionary leader will contribute to strategic and tactful growth of the practice further strengthening a culture of excellence collaboration and innovation.

Salary range or hourly pay range for the position
The salary range for this position is $157600 to $205425 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education experience skills and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Berkeley Heights New Jersey. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
