Alongside our boutique-style sister store, Maroon U , we bring trend-forward, name-brand fashion to the Aggie lifestyle.
We’re building a retail experience like no other—and now we’re searching for a Retail Marketing Photographer / Videographer to help tell that story visually. If you're passionate about content creation, love fast-paced environments, and thrive behind the camera, this is your moment.
What You’ll Do :Capture and create dynamic visual content for social media, e-commerce, in-store signage, marketing campaigns, and beyond.Lead content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X , and more.Collaborate with our Creative and Marketing teams to plan, style, and execute shoots that turn heads and drive traffic.Edit and retouch both photo and video assets to a polished, professional standard.Attend and cover major events, including Texas A&M home football games , product launches, and promotions.Manage and maintain photo / video equipment and our digital media library.Stay ahead of trends, tools, and techniques in visual storytelling and branding.What You Bring :A passion for photography and videography that shines through your work.Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite , especially Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.A sharp eye for lighting, detail, and brand consistency—both in-studio and on the go.The ability to manage multiple projects and timelines without sacrificing creativity.Strong communication and collaboration skills—you're a team player through and through.Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and game days .Qualifications :
Degree in photography, videography, film, or related field (preferred but not required)Proven portfolio of multimedia content creation (link required with application)Experience managing shoots from concept to deliveryComfort working in a fast-paced retail environment with shifting prioritiesWhat You’ll Love About Us :
