8 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM / Part-Time / 0.4 FTE

We're seeking a Registered Nurse, Cardiac Rehab responsible for being a capable clinician with strong foundational experience in cardiac care. This RN has acquired in-depth knowledge of cardiac pathophysiology, EKG interpretation, and cardiovascular medications, and applies this expertise to support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

This RN works closely with a multidisciplinary team to supervise cardiac rehab exercise sessions and deliver individualized patient education. They conduct new patient assessments, act as case manager for ongoing participants in the program, and tailor interventions to meet both clinical and personal recovery goals. This nurse uses evidence-based practice and the Synergy Model for Care to personalize support for each patient / family, while also serving as a collaborative resource and advocate within the cardiac care team.
