Fair Lending Manager

A company is looking for a Fair Lending Manager, Special Projects. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute special projects and reporting within the fair lending program Provide leadership and management support to the fair lending team across multiple workstreams Synthesize information and create processes for managing team deliverables and reporting Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Fair Lending or consumer compliance workstreams, preferably in fintech Bachelor's degree required Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and report creation tools Understanding of U.S. Fair Lending laws and regulations 2+ years of experience in fintech banking fair lending compliance preferred
