Job descriptionPaid, hands-on training lasting 4–6 weeks Minimum 120 hours required from an accredited CDL school Mentor-led learning with a structured upgrade process $1,200–$1,700 weekly after upgrade Additional $15 per stop Steady freight that supports consistent mileage Full benefits package available Valid CDL-A Trainees and recent grads invited to apply 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience (or school-hour trainee path) Minimum 120 hours from accredited driving school Must be 21+ and meet standard DOT requirements
This OTR opportunity offers predictable East Coast routing, steady weekly miles, and a smooth path for new CDL-A drivers to step into full OTR work. All freight stays east of the Mississippi River with consistent schedules and clear expectations.
About the Position
- Dry van freight running up and down the Eastern Seaboard
- 1,900–2,300 weekly miles on average
- Home every two weeks
- All loads remain east of the MS River — no far-west travel
- Live load / unload blended with drop & hook
- $15 stop pay on all stops
