• Supervision :

Will oversee APPs

• Admissions :

ED physician writes orders for admissions

• Specialists Available :

Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist / Oncologist

Submission Requirements :

• Presentation :

Full presentation with Name Clear is required

• Submit the provider to all three Holzer sites (Meigs, Jackson, and Gallipolis)
• Certifications :

Board Certified - Required

• Minimum 1 year experience in EM - Required (will be verified)
• Ohio State License - Required
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS - Required
• COVID Vaccination - Required
• NRP - Required
