• Duties : - Patient examination, Treatment Administration, Supportive Care Plans & Symptom mgmt - Patient Monitoring, New Patient Consults of Hem & Onc referrals - Coordinating w / other healthcare professionals, Hospital Rounds - Maintaining accurate & detailed medical records, Genetic testing, early detection, genetic counseling.
