Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies procedures and programs to ensure compliance with labor laws safety regulations (OSHA) and company standards.

• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees focusing on safety technical skills and leadership development.
• Drive initiatives for employee engagement retention and a positive plant culture to reduce turnover.
