Security / Maintenance Technician

Evenings

RiverWoods in Manchester is currently seeking a SecurityTechnician to join our Maintenance team and help provide excellent and quality customer service in support of our residents and community.

This position is Part Time role 2 days a week working 4pm - 12am on Wednesday and Thursdays. Snow removal may also require additional flexibility of schedule.

Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Minimum two years in a building maintenance role essential.

Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or another trade is desirable.

Valid Driver's License is required
