A nationally recognized property services organization is seeking a detail-driven Tax Credit Leasing Specialist to support the lease-up of a newly developed 192-unit affordable housing community in Aurora, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong LIHTC knowledge who thrives in fast-paced lease-up environments and enjoys balancing compliance, customer service, and collaboration.
Hours & Pay
Pay Rate : $19-$22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule : Monday-Friday with flexibility to work between 7 : 00 AM-8 : 00 PM; weekend flexibility required
Employment Type : Full-time temporary
Start : Immediate availability preferred
