Job descriptionNegotiate with OEM and aftermarket suppliers for pricing, availability, and fill rate guarantees. Partner with our service lane and wholesale customers to get the right part, first time, every time. Set strategic pricing, analyze turns & gross, and hit aggressive GP goals. Keep us spotless on audits, safety, and manufacturer standards. Proven track record running an automotive parts department (dealership experience preferred). Deep knowledge of OEM parts catalogs, DMS / POS systems, and inventory best practices. Positive leadership style Solid communication chops with techs, vendors, and retail walk-ins Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR review, and drug screen; we maintain a drug-free workplace.
