Software Engineer, iOS Core Product - Mesquite, USA

Join Speechify as a Senior iOS Engineer, working on our flagship text?to?speech app that reaches over 50 million users worldwide.

Overview

Speechify is a distributed, remote?first company that builds inclusive, AI?powered read?to?speech products for users of all abilities. Our iOS app is the #18 productivity app in the App Store and recently received Apples 2025 Design Award for inclusivity.

Responsibilities

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS core product.
Actively ship production code and maintain the existing complex app architecture.
Ship new feature work and shape the product roadmap with cross?functional product teams.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and product discussions.

Qualifications

Experience scaling iOS products to a large user base (50M+).

Track record of engineering end?to?end iOS features from inception to production.

Customer obsession build the best user experience for millions of people.

Strong technical skills Swift, SwiftUI, multi?threading, CI / CD, Fastlane.

Excellent communication and collaboration remote?first culture.

Technical Requirements

Swift programming language.

SwiftUI experience.

Multithreading / Concurrency programming.

CI / CD infrastructure and Fastlane.

Solid SOLID principles and class design.

Git knowledge of Git strategies.
