We’ve partnered with a dynamic and fast-growing Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm managing over $1 billion in assets across high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as some institutions and foundations. As the firm continues to expand, it is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join its office in Orange County, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager , delivering a high-touch, client-first experience.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to develop and implement sophisticated investment and planning strategies.
• Lead and mentor Client Service Associates, ensuring the delivery of customized reporting and client presentations.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings, events, and ongoing business development efforts.
• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of client documentation, including custodian paperwork and subscription agreements.
• Manage and document all client interactions within CRM systems with precision and efficiency.
• Coordinate cash and security movements across custodians, ensuring seamless execution.
• Act as a liaison with clients’ external advisors, including estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and tax professionals.
• Partner with leadership on continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
