Senior Estimator

I am working with a prestigious GC in the Washington DC market, who are currently looking for a Senior Estimator with 5-10 years experience based in Washington DC. Celebrating their 60th year anniversary this year, this GC is a powerhouse in MD, PA, VA and the Carolinas.

They concentrate on the Multifamily, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Federal markets, so a background in any of these is a must.

Due to recent expansion, my Client is looking for a Senior Estimator who has a in-depth knowledge of the Washington DC market. Local regulations knowledge, the ability to build on their Client base through Business Development in the local area, and sub contractor relationships are at the heart of this position.

My client offers a competitive salary and bonuses of up to $150,000 per year are achievable. Their benefits package includes medical insurance, profit shares, ESOP and life and disability insurance.
