Regional Managing Director

We're looking for a Regional Managing Director to join our Retirement Distribution Sales Management team. In this role, you'll lead overall sales in the Core segment for the West Coast Region team. Here are a few of the types of things you'll do :

• Leadership, Coaching & Performance Management
• Regional Planning and Sales Activity Management
• Collaborate with other sales regions, service teams, and market intelligence

Salary range information :

This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary combined with incentive earnings. The base salary will provide financial stability, while the incentive component offers additional earning potential based on performance metrics.

Salary range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) : $190000 - $190000 / year

Time off program :

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Location :

This role needs to be located in the West territory or the ability to relocate within three months to territory.
