QA Admin Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by following all safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to GMPs and regulatory guidelines (USDA, FSIS, FDA, customer requirements).
• Attend and participate in safety and quality meetings / trainings.
• Review daily production paperwork for accuracy.
• Use SAP to enter COA data, release quarantined product, and provide customer documentation.
• Notify drivers of product release as needed (SSL Tankers).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of testing and work performed.
• Perform general office duties such as filing and organizing documents.
