A company is looking for a Remote Support Engineer 2 to provide technical support to customers and Field Service Engineers for Magnet systems. Key Responsibilities Provide remote service support for superconducting electromagnets, including monitoring helium volumes and conducting magnetic field shim analysis Create notifications for incoming calls, document work performed, and manage escalations for deeper analysis Perform on-site support for local service teams and provide rapid recovery support for quenched magnets as needed Required Qualifications Associates Degree or vocational technical training in healthcare imaging equipment service More than 2 years of experience in a field service role supporting healthcare imaging equipment Proficient in job-critical applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word Valid passport is required
