Job descriptionDesktop / Laptop Support. pp installation. OS installation / imaging. Basic network troubleshooting. Strong understanding of TCP / IPv4 network protocols. Microsoft / Windows experience. bility to lift and move up to 40 lbs (Physically able to rack and stack servers and network gear) Help desk or experience using a ticketing system like Service Now. Customer service experience (Even working in retail or service industry shows they know how to treat customers / users). Basic printer experience insofar as configuring the IP address and installing the device on PCs. Strong communication skills with email, teams, etc... Organization and documentation.
Pay Rate : $ 55.00 - $ 59.85 / hr
Qualifications :
- spen IP21 experience.
- RS Linx experience (Def not required but would come in handy).
- Experience setting up servers.
- SQL DB experience.
- Firewall experience (To the extent of knowing what to put in a ticket, not be a security expert).
- ITIL License.
- Cisco networking experience.
- Security+, Network+, CSA, etc... Any relevant certs.
