Description

Own national growth for an innovative tele-health vision platform serving Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). As the Strategic Account Manager you will :

  • Hunt and close new FQHC partnerships—prospecting, discovery, ROI modeling, negotiation and contract execution—without relying on inbound leads.​​
  • Build executive-level relationships (C-suite, medical & operations leaders) and tailor proposals that expand access to care and boost clinical & financial outcomes.​​
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in HubSpot (or similar), forecast accurately, and report market intelligence to shape go-to-market strategy.​​
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth hand-off and long-term client satisfaction.​​

This is a remote, high-autonomy role reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and requires periodic travel to conferences and client sites.​​

Requirements

  • FQHC expertise : At least 2 years’ quota-carrying experience selling to FQHCs or community health organizations with existing decision-maker relationships.
  • Proven closer : Documented success driving full-cycle, six-figure B2B healthcare technology or services deals.​​
  • Deep understanding of FQHC reimbursement, operations and tele-health trends.​​
  • Polished consultative skills—executive presentations, objection handling and contract negotiation.​​
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and comfort with Zoom / Teams.​​
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).​​
