Front Lobby Attendant

Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as Front Lobby Attendant (General Service) to safely provide service on day-to-day tasks to meet the needs of residents.

Greeting residents, staff, and guests.

Assisting residents in and out of vehicles.

Help residents with luggage and groceries.

Guide venders, contractors, and delivery personnel.

Directing outdoor vehicle traffic.

Supporting other staff members and departments as needed.

Periodically park vehicles for guests.

What we offer

Compensation : Starting at $16.00 per hour to $20.00.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM

401k for all employees 18 and over. Company contribution up to 3% once eligible.

How you will make an impact

Concierge services to answer phone call requests from residents (no contact required)

Onsite meal delivery to resident apartments (no contact required)

Mail / newspaper delivery to resident apartments (no contact required)

Works with other team members to find creative ways to keep residents engaged during isolation

Trash removal (no contact required)

Dog walking (no contact required)

Supporting virtual visits for residents to communicate with loved ones as visitation is challenged by social isolation.

What you will need

Computer skills and keyboard competency preferred

Must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
