  • a successful outcome for every project.  Marketing Coordinator Description : The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing and business development initiatives, including social media management, communications, website maintenance, proposal development, and strategic marketing support.
  • This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Tasks :

  • Maintain the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media management.
  • Develop and edit marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Assist in tracking professional licensure, company registrations, and staff industry involvement.
  • Support the creation and production of proposals, SOQs, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate contract execution between clients and the leadership team.
  • Manage and organize the content library, including prior proposals and marketing assets.
  • Conduct research on clients, competitors, markets, and potential projects.
  • Assist with event planning, trade shows, and business development meetings.
  • Maintain CRM data and support business development activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for branded merchandise and marketing materials.
  • Support leadership with strategic initiatives and internal coordination.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or a related role (AEC industry experience preferred).
  • Skills :

  • Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign experience required).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
