Qualifications

MD / DO degree, Family

Medicine residency

Board certified / eligible

Montana medical license or ability to obtain

Compensation &

Incentives : Base salary :

$345,000 + production incentives

$15,000

quality bonus

$25,000 starting bonus

Up to $20,000 relocation assistance

Up to $250,000 student loan repayment
